Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/transfer requests will be honored until 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the seminar. You will, however, be charged $40 if you cancel or transfer your registration to a different seminar after the link to the materials has been e-mailed by Virginia CLE.
Full refunds or transfers are available up to two days after a webcast in the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties.

MCLE Credit Caveat: The MCLE Board measures credits by the time you spend in attendance. If you enter a seminar late or leave it early, or both, you must reflect those adjustments accurately in the credits you report on your credit reporting form. A code will be given at the end of the seminar, which must be written on your MCLE form.

Lelia Winget-Hernandez, Commonwealth Life & Legacy Counsel, a Winget-Hernandez PC Company / Troy
Lelia Winget-Hernandez is a Commissioner of Accounts for Powhatan County, and she practices law with her husband, Michael Winget-Hernandez. Both have worked with Commissioners of Accounts in several counties as counsel for fiduciaries. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1993, and her juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Hawaii in 2000. She was licensed to practice law in Virginia in 2001 and in Hawaii in 2004.
Ms. Winget-Hernandez was a lead attorney in the Civil Investigations Squad of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit at the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) in Richmond, Virginia, from 2006 to 2013. During her time at the OAG, she supervised a team of attorneys investigating and litigating against pharmaceutical companies, lab services companies, and medical device manufacturers for fraud against the Virginia Medicaid program. She led several national investigative teams and received an award for investigative excellence from the United States Council of the Inspectors General for her work on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia on the Abbott Laboratories Investigative Team.
Ms. Winget-Hernandez serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
