The Online Publications Library combines Virginia CLE’s concise and practice-oriented treatment of Virginia law with Fastcase’s comprehensive and up-to-date primary law sources. Users will move seamlessly between the valuable information from Virginia lawyers, judges, and law professors found in Virginia CLE’s handbooks and the case law, statutes, rules, and regulations provided by Fastcase.

1. Use the Purchase Options pull-down to select the applicable subscription. If you are part of a firm larger than 20 members, please reach out to publications@vacle.org for pricing details.
2. After ordering, you will receive an email with the URL to access to the Online Library and your username and password. Please allow one business day to receive this information.
   
   • If purchased by a firm, the username and password will be used by all of its members.
   • Please note, in order to access the Virginia CLE Online Publications Library on a Virginia State Bar Account you must provide Virginia CLE your Bar ID and have previously logged in through your member benefit for Fastcase to activate your subscription. 3. Your subscription will expire one year from the last day of the month of your order. You will receive a renewal offer approximately one month before your subscription expires if purchased directly through Virginia CLE.
   
   • If purchased directly on the vLex | Fastcase platform, your renewal will be completed automatically one year from your purchase date.

Important Notes

• Please allow one business day for your username and password to be created and sent to you.
• The Online Library permits online access through your browser, with normal copying and pasting into your word processing software. You will not, however, be able to download entire publications for off-line viewing.
• If Virginia CLE content is purchased through a Virginia State Bar member benefit vLex | Fastcase account, Legal Research Access is available. No additional purchases are necessary.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable and not eligible for standard discounts.
