A pre-recorded streaming VIDEO replay of the November 2022 webcast, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) Cases with Federal Employees.
Whether you already represent federal employees in employment matters or want to grow your practice to do so, this seminar is for you. Do you know the differences and distinctions between the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission?
This seminar educates practitioners representing federal employees in disciplinary actions before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and in discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The program focuses on the differences between the two forums for federal employees, deciding which forum should be used for specific federal employee cases, and procedural issues that might arise in each forum. The first hour focuses on a review of the MSPB, and the second hour covers the EEOC for federal employees.
