Most often family cemeteries raise issues of access, ownership, and whether family members can continue to be buried there. At other times interred bodies need to be moved. On occasion church cemeteries or other cemetery associations want to sell or have abandoned real estate purchased for cemetery purposes. This hour discusses the resolution of real-life cemetery issues. |
