Lenné Eidson Espenschied, one of our most popular Virginia CLE® speakers, is back with a dynamic new program for all lawyers who draft or review agreements and contracts. Highlights include:
One overarching goal in drafting EVERY contract is to ensure that the risk allocation is appropriate, given your client’s objectives and the relative benefits to be received in the transaction. In this program, you will learn about 35 small but powerful edits you can make to shift risk either off your client or onto the other party. We call these SPIDERS: Short Phrasal Inserts that Diminish or Elevate Risk. Using authentic examples from a variety of provisions and different types of contracts, Lenné Eidson Espenschied will show you how to fine-tune the language to get a better deal for your client.
Invest two hours with Ms. Espenschied in this program to find out how to improve the overall quality of your work and draft more confidently for the rest of your practice!
