Amy E. Smith is a Partner at IslerDare PC’s Richmond, Virginia, office. Her practice focuses on representing employers in labor and employment matters. She regularly advises clients on traditional labor relations issues and regularly handles collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, union representation campaigns, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
