Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/transfer requests will be honored until 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the seminar. You will, however, be charged $90 if you cancel or transfer your registration to a different seminar after the link to the materials has been e-mailed by Virginia CLE®.
Full refunds or transfers are available up to two days after a webcast in the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties.

MCLE Credit Caveat: The MCLE Board measures credits by the time you spend in attendance. If you enter a seminar late or leave it early, or both, you must reflect those adjustments accurately in the credits you report on your credit reporting form. A code will be given at the end of the seminar, which must be written on your MCLE form.

Larry Pozner’s seminar, Pozner on Cross: The Chapter Method, is one of America’s most popular seminars on trial techniques. Mr. Pozner is the lead author of America’s all-time bestselling book on cross-examination, Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques (Lexis, 3rd ed. 2018, Pozner and Dodd).
Mr. Pozner has long been recognized in Best Lawyers in America in civil “Bet the Company” litigation, and in criminal defense—both white collar and non-white collar. He is a Past President of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Mr. Pozner’s broad practice has included criminal defense cases, commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, and personal injury cases. He was trial counsel for many years for the Denver Broncos franchise and was part of the trial team that preserved Pat Bowlen’s ownership of the Broncos.
