Virginia CLE® live on site seminars are the cornerstone of our years of service to the Virginia legal community. Choose from half-day programs featuring the most sought-after Virginia speakers to multi-day institutes with nationally known presenters. Interact with speakers who are the leaders in the profession. This format offers the opportunity to meet and talk shop with other Virginia lawyers – the best way to make connections and get referrals. And, to break away from the office and come back with fresh perspectives.
Seminar Registration Options
Refund Policy: Live Seminars
To be eligible for any refund or transfer credit, your cancellation/transfer request must be received by 5:00 p.m. of the DAY BEFORE the seminar. If you do not cancel or transfer to another seminar in time, and you do not attend, you will receive no refund or transfer credit.
For live seminars with downloadable e-book seminar materials, your refund/transfer credit will be reduced by a fee ($90 for seminars 6 hours or longer; $60 for seminars less than 6 hours) if you cancel your registration for the seminar, or transfer registration to a different seminar, after the link to the materials has been e-mailed by Virginia CLE® two business days before the seminar.
If you do not attend a seminar and are ineligible to receive a refund, and your registration includes printed written materials, you may request the written materials by calling 800-979-8253.
Inclement Weather Policy and Instructions
In the case of inclement weather, please call 434-951-0050 or visit www.vacle.org.
We do not cancel seminars unless it is absolutely necessary. If we can get our faculty to their live program, we will hold the program.
If we hold the program, but weather prevents you from attending, please contact Virginia CLE® within two business days of the seminar to make alternate arrangements.
