“Pozner on Cross: The Chapter Method© of Cross-Examination” is a unique seminar, walking participants through efficient preparation and powerful delivery of cross-examinations. Groundbreaking in its approach, this seminar applies the sciences of behavioral economics and cognitive neuroscience to the formation of cross-examination chapters that motivate early decision-making by jurors.

Learn how to capture the minds of jurors even before the first witness is called, how to prepare for instant and powerful impeachments, and how to structure questioning sequences that control the deceptive witness.

Somebody you know has already attended one of Larry Pozner’s programs. Ask them and find out why this is the seminar that has changed how American trial lawyers prepare and deliver cross-examinations that win cases.
