Why Attend?
- Learn the basics of handling a personal injury case on behalf of a plaintiff
- Maximize the value of your personal injury cases
- Help your clients to navigate the negotiation process to get fair compensation for their injuries
In this seminar, trial attorney Chidi James will discuss the basics of a personal injury case, from the first interview with the client, through trial of the case. You will learn how to select the right cases, how to avoid some common pitfalls, and how to maximize the value of the case for your client.
A personal injury practice can be high risk; however, it can also bring high rewards, and not just monetary rewards. Knowing that you helped someone reclaim and rebuild their life after a loss is also a great benefit and valuable reward.
