A few years ago, a Harvard professor opined in a law review article that elite deal lawyers are so much better than other lawyers that they actually negotiate differently among themselves. Was he right?
In this program, by studying specific deal terms you will learn what elite deal lawyers do especially well, then Lenné Espenschied will distill this information into practical tips and techniques you can apply to all the contracts you draft. Next, by pointing out authentic examples of what elite deal lawyers don’t do especially well, based on recent high-profile transactions, Ms. Espenschied will make practical recommendations to show you how to improve the quality of all kinds of contracts and agreements.
This program can be beneficial for all lawyers who draft contracts and agreements in corporate, business, construction, government, technology, intellectual property, real property, trusts and estates, and litigation practices.
