Our experienced faculty of civil litigators will guide you through the intricacies of the hearsay rule so you can effectively use it to your advantage.
Topics to be discussed:
- Admissions by a party or party’s agent
- The “business records” exception to the hearsay rule
- Hearsay within hearsay
- The “Dead Man’s Statute”
