This seminar educates practitioners representing federal employees in disciplinary actions before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and in discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The program focuses on the differences between the two forums for federal employees, deciding which forum should be used for specific federal employee cases, and procedural issues that might arise in each forum.
