Nationally renowned contracts speaker Lenné Espenschied conducted a methodical survey of 100 ambiguous contract cases from 2021 state and federal court opinions to help you to identify which drafting errors are actually most likely to cause contract litigation. In this fast-paced and eminently practical program, by reviewing authentic examples of disputed language, you learn which types of contracts, provisions, and drafting errors are most likely to cause litigation. See how the courts approach contract litigation and examine the court’s five options when the parties dispute the meaning of contractual provisions.
