Whether you already represent federal employees in employment matters or want to grow your practice to do so, this seminar is for you. Do you know the differences and distinctions between the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission?

This seminar will educate practitioners representing federal employees in disciplinary actions before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and in discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The program will focus on the differences between the two forums for federal employees, deciding which forum should be used for specific federal employee cases, and procedural issues that might arise in each forum. The first hour will focus on a review of the MSPB, and the second hour will cover the EEOC for federal employees.
