Registration: Includes the entire program and materials, lunch, daily beverage and snack service, and two cocktail parties with faculty.
Registration Fees:
Register by September 30, 2022, and pay $3,275.
Register between October 1 and November 18, 2022, and pay $3,375.
Register after November 18, 2022, and pay $3,495.
Lodging and Dinners: Upon request, we will provide a list of local hotels that have extended special rates for our attendees near the University of Virginia Law School. Included in your registration is a continental breakfast and lunch, but you will be on your own for lodging and all dinners. A list of local dining options for dinner will be available at the registration desk.

By attending a live-on-site Virginia CLE® seminar, you acknowledge the health risks associated with COVID-19 and that you MUST follow all Virginia CLE® COVID-19 policies. You may NOT attend a live-on-site program if you have tested positive for COVID-19, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or if you are under any self-quarantine orders per CDC guidelines.

Virginia CLE may shorten or cancel any or all of the 2023 National Trial Advocacy College if in its discretion continuing it is not in the best interest of those attending, those teaching, and/or our staff. Additionally, if the program is canceled or shortened, or if an individual cannot continue due to actual illness, fear of illness, or for any other reason, Virginia CLE cannot unfortunately issue any refund or compensate for any travel or other incidental expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests received by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022, will be honored for a full refund. Cancellations after November 30 due to COVID complications will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and may still be subject to an administrative fee.
