  • Legal experts in nine different areas of the law

  • An hour of ethics credit from the VSB Bar Counsel
  • A thorough set of downloadable, searchable e-book seminar materials covering federal and state cases and digests of recent General Assembly statutory enactments

Our Recent Developments seminar is a trusted source that provides current case law and legislative updates with expert analysis. Hundreds of research hours have distilled the latest developments in the law with commentary on how they will affect your practice in nine major areas. And because the seminar is held in conjunction with the annual Virginia State Bar meeting, you can bring your family for a vacation at the beach.

Options for Attending the Seminar: You may attend in person at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel for a perfect networking opportunity to connect with your colleagues, OR you may attend virtually via live-interactive webcast or telephone and still be able to ask questions of the speakers.

MCLE Credit Caveat: The MCLE Board measures credits by the time you spend in attendance.
