Amy H. Geddes, OPN Law, PLC / Roanoke

Amy Geddes has practiced law in Virginia since 1995 and concentrates her practice in the area of disability law. She represents claimants at all levels of the Social Security Disability process (before the Social Security Administration, the Office of Hearings Operations, the Appeals Council, and in federal court). She also represents claimants pursuing short-term and long-term disability benefits from insurance carriers and claimants pursuing disability retirement benefits from the Virginia Retirement System. Ms. Geddes is a member of NOSSCR, a national organization of attorneys representing Social Security Disability claimants.
