E.  Brian Alexander, Omina Technologies / McLean

Brian Alexander has worked with technology companies for 25 years in roles ranging from advisor to executive. He graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and joined a hospital construction management firm as a Project Manager overseeing mechanical, electrical and conveyance systems design and installation. He entered private law practice after graduating magna cum laude from the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. While in private practice, he represented technology organizations in intellectual property, regulatory, corporate and litigation matters. 

In 2014, Mr. Alexander became the CLO of C2C SmartCompliance, a risk and compliance solutions company. With C2C, he was responsible for handling in-house legal matters, managing software development and licensing, and advising clients regarding privacy and data security compliance and risk management matters. He is currently the CEO of Omina Technologies US, an AI engineering and professional services firm that specializes in Ethical AI/Machine Learning solutions. At Omina, he is responsible for corporate strategy and management.
