Why Attend?

- The Chapter Method of cross-examination
- How we win our case in cross
- Breaking cases into stories
- How Chapters fit with the science of decision making
Larry Pozner’s seminars and writings on the Chapter Method of cross-examination have set the standard for modern cross-examination organization and presentation. Equally applicable to any type of case and any degree of complexity, the Chapter Method is intuitively logical and easily adopted.
