Elaine Charlson Bredehoft is the founder of Charlson Bredehoft Cohen & Brown, PC, in Reston, Virginia. She practices civil litigation, with an emphasis in employment and business law, primarily in Virginia and D.C. federal and state courts. Ms. Bredehoft has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Litigation Counsel of America, and has been recognized by many area publications as one of the top lawyers in Virginia and in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Adam S. Nadelhaft, of Silver Spring, Maryland, joined Charlson Bredehoft Cohen & Brown, PC, in August 2018. He handles a variety of employment and labor matters involving business tort and contract claims, as well as employment discrimination, retaliation, and trade secret claims. Mr. Nadelhaft is also an expert in e-discovery and social media. Prior to joining Charlson Bredehoft Cohen & Brown, he practiced litigation at Winston & Strawn LLP, where he handled complex litigation issues, including antitrust litigation, false advertising litigation, products liability claims, trade secret and unfair competition litigation, and white-collar criminal proceedings. Mr. Nadelhaft has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Washington, DC Rising Star in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
