ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Nikky Hindle, NOVA Sports Nutrition, LLC / Fairfax
Nikky is the owner and co-founder of NOVA Sports Nutrition, LLC, a boutique dietetics and wellness practice in Fairfax, Virginia, where she serves a diverse clientele that includes amateur, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as legal professionals ranging from solo practitioners to Am Law 100 attorneys. Nikky focuses her practice on individual nutrition counseling, personal training, and creating meal and workout plans that are specifically tailored to each client's unique needs.
In addition to providing sports nutrition and corporate wellness services, Nikky provides specialized counseling and medical nutrition therapy for individuals with conditions such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and eating disorders, and has presented group nutrition and wellness seminars to sports teams, government employees, condominium associations, and pharmacy programs. Prior to co-founding NOVA Sports Nutrition, Nikky worked as a clinical dietitian in the addiction recovery field.
Nikky earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and subsequently completed her dietetic internship through Cedar Crest College, where her work experience included rotations at Penn State Sports Nutrition and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Nikky is a Registered Dietitian (RD) licensed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
Frank Gulino, Esq., NOVA Sports Nutrition, LLC / Fairfax
Frank is a co-founder of NOVA Sports Nutrition, LLC, a boutique dietetics and wellness practice in Fairfax, Virginia, where he leads the company's business operations and focuses on issues of lawyer wellness. Prior to co-founding NOVA Sports Nutrition, Frank spent five years practicing business and employment law in Tysons and was named a Virginia “Rising Star” in the area of business litigation.
Having experienced firsthand several of the unique challenges that attorneys face on a regular basis, Frank seeks to be an agent of change in a profession that has seen its practitioners suffer disproportionately from a number of physical, mental, and emotional ailments that can be traced to job-related stressors and wellness deficiencies. In order to be a good lawyer, one must first be a healthy lawyer, and Frank remains committed to helping Virginia law firms find opportunities to improve the health and effectiveness of their legal professionals.
Outside of his work with NOVA Sports Nutrition, Frank is the award-winning composer of nearly 40 original musical works that have been performed extensively across the United States as well as at venues in Argentina, Estonia, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, Panama, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay. Frank holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University (B.M., 2010) and George Mason University School of Law (J.D., 2013).
