Webcast: 10 minutes prior to seminar. If you register for a webcast the day of the seminar, your e-mail receipt will include a link to launch the seminar and download the materials.
Telephone: Online registration ends at 11:59 p.m. the day preceding the seminar
Call (800) 979-8253 to register up to one hour prior to the seminar
Live on Site: Online registration ends at 11:59 p.m. the day preceding the seminar
Walk-in registration is permitted on a space-available basis

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/transfer requests will be honored until 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the seminar. You will, however, be charged $40 if you cancel or transfer your registration to a different seminar after the link to the materials has been e-mailed by Virginia CLE.

Full refunds or transfers are available up to two days after a webcast in the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties.

MCLE Credit Caveat: The MCLE Board measures credits by the time you spend in attendance. If you enter a seminar late or leave it early, or both, you must reflect those adjustments accurately in the credits you report on your credit reporting form. A code will be given at the end of the seminar, which must be written on your MCLE form.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Hon. Winship C. Tower (Ret.), The McCammon Group / Virginia Beach
Judge Winship Tower is a Family Law Neutral with The McCammon Group, where she brings her extensive family law experience to serve the mediation, arbitration, and judge pro tempore needs of lawyers and litigants throughout the Commonwealth. Judge Tower retired from the City of Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestics Relations Court in 2017 after sixteen years of distinguished judicial service. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and practiced finance and family law in Hampton Roads for twenty years prior to her appointment to the court. Judge Tower is a Member of The Boyd-Graves Conference and a Former Member of the I’Anson-Hoffman Inn of Court. A statewide leader in family law, Judge Tower is Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar and Past Chair of the Domestic Relations Section of the Virginia Bar Association.

Regina F. Amick, Wolcott Rivers Gates / Virginia Beach
Regina Amick has been licensed to practice law since 2003 and has focused her practice solely on domestic relations matters. She currently serves on the Virginia Bar Association Domestic Relations Section Executive Council, as well as the Virginia Bar Association Commission on the Needs of Children. Ms. Amick is active in her local bar associations and serves on the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee, and is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association Juvenile and Domestic Relations Committee.  She also participates in the Virginia Beach Bar Association C.L.A.S.S. Program, which provides pro bono representation to assist victims of domestic violence obtain Protective Orders.  Ms. Amick is also a member of the I’Anson-Hoffman American Inn of Court as a master.  As a Navy spouse, she particularly enjoys representing the military and their families.
