Larry Pozner, Reilly Pozner LLP / Denver, CO

Larry Pozner is of counsel in the litigation firm Reilly Pozner LLP. His national practice centers around complex commercial litigation (plaintiff and defense), and criminal defense cases ranging from street crimes to complex federal regulatory crimes and white collar matters. Mr. Pozner is litigation counsel to the Denver Broncos football franchise. In 2015 his trial team won a $391,000,000 verdict against PNC Bank. Mr. Pozner is co-author (with Roger J. Dodd) of America's best-selling book on cross-examination, Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques (3d ed. Lexis Nexis). He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 30 consecutive years, is listed in both Criminal Defense and Bet-the-Company litigation, and is a past president of the 10,000-member National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He served many years on the faculty of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was voted Best Professor.
