She is also a member of the Council of Advance Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Ball is a senior partner in the law firm HALE BALL Carlson Baumgartner Murphy, PLC, and has handled numerous contested guardianship cases throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Kimberly Ann Murphy: Kimberley Ann Murphy is an experienced litigator, with a primary background in civil litigation, primarily trust and estates litigation, for eighteen years, and for the past five years, has been in engaged in contested guardianship litigation. Ms. Murphy is a partner in the law firm HALE BALL Carlson Baumgartner Murphy, PLC, and has handled numerous cases in the state and federal courts located in Virginia.
