About Topgolf: Topgolf takes the driving-range experience and turns it on its head. Players score points by hitting microchipped balls aimed at targets, similar to darts. The more accurate your shot and the farther the distance, the more points you earn! Clubs are provided. Prizes will be awarded for winning individuals and teams.

About Tom Spahn on Law Practice Email Ethics: Tom Spahn’s reputation as the expert on ethics is well deserved. What isn’t as evident from his résumé is how good he is as a lecturer: enlightening and engaging, yet always focused on relevant, real-world problems and their solutions. This interactive program uses hypotheticals to explore the unique and quickly evolving issues involving the widespread use of electronic communications such as email and social media, including creating and ending the attorney-client relationship; communications with clients, corporate clients, and adversaries; working with service providers and outsourcing of discovery work; discovery; jurors; judges; and marketing.

About Experience Philanthropy: As the educational division of the philanthropic Virginia Law Foundation, Virginia CLE has taken the next logical step after the overwhelming success of our Experience CLE programming. Experience Philanthropy is the best of three worlds, as attendees will have: (1) a great time, (2) at a great CLE, (3) for a great cause. Every single dollar of your attendance fee – less the cost of the event itself – will go directly toward funding the Foundation’s 2019 grants. Since its inception, the VLF has provided over $25 million in grants to help fund some of Virginia’s most important law-related charitable endeavors. In recent years, significant funding has been provided to legal aid offices statewide; to organizations assisting cancer patients, veterans, and victims of domestic abuse navigating the legal system; and to help teach students across the Commonwealth about the importance of the rule of law. Visit the Virginia Law Foundation website.

Sponsorships are available for $250.
Sponsors will receive name recognition on the Virginia CLE and Virginia Law Foundation websites, on social media, and at the program. Sponsors will also receive a golf shirt. Click here to download a sponsorship form.

This Experience Philanthropy program is not available for discounts.
