Information

A pre-recorded streaming VIDEO replay of one session from the April 2018 live seminar, The Douglas W. Conner 39th Annual Advanced Estate Planning and Administration.

Cosponsored with the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section of The Virginia Bar Association

The minimum distributions rules are complex. Trusts can be named as beneficiaries of a retirement account, but choices need to be made by the client and the advisor. Most of our clients fall into one of a relatively few categories, and our advice can be standardized. By examining common fact patterns, participants will learn how to advise most of their clients most of the time when trusts are an important part of a client’s plan.
