A pre-recorded streaming VIDEO replay of one session from the April 2018 live seminar, The Douglas W. Conner 39th Annual Advanced Estate Planning and Administration.
Cosponsored with the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section of The Virginia Bar Association
The use of trusts may be helpful in settling support and property disputes that arise when spouses plan for a divorce. Trusts may also be helpful in structuring transfers that are advantageous for estate planning purposes. This session focuses on how best to use the different kinds of trusts available for both purposes without triggering potential tax traps.
