This presentation covers how to discover adversaries’ social media use and put it to good use in discovery and at trial, and how to shield your own clients from negatively impacting their own cases with social media use. There will be advanced discussions regarding investigative techniques and forensic recovery of social media and associated metadata. In addition, you will hear an overview of forensics for attorneys—what forensics can and can’t do, how to preserve the evidence and understanding the forensics facts.
