Why Attend?

Simple Steps Your Firm Can Take Immediately

  • Know your responsibilities for handling conflicts, client communication, and cyber-related issues
  • Learn strategies to professionally and ethically manage the firm’s practices and procedures to avoid legal malpractice claims
  • Find out how to make your firm eligible for favorable Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance pricing and coverage

This program is intended to give law firms an overview of the most common legal malpractice claims (and related risks, such as cyber, management, and employment-related claims), and how to avoid them. We will provide firms a framework to identify and proactively address risks and opportunities across their entire firm. Ultimately, attendees should be able to come away from the session with ways to reduce risk while also making the firm eligible for favorable Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance pricing and coverage.
