Gerald Ivey is a partner at Finnegan with extensive experience in the areas of civil litigation and trial advocacy. Mr. Ivey concentrates his practice primarily on jury trial patent cases involving biotechnology, medical devices, and mechanical products. He also has handled numerous cases involving medical malpractice claims, general wrongful death actions, and commercial, construction, and employment litigation.

Stephen A. Saltzburg, Director of National Trial Advocacy College, Wallace and Beverley Woodbury University Professor of Law; Co-director of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Program

Stephen Saltzburg has been the Wallace and Beverley Woodbury University Professor at the George Washington University Law School since January 2004, and is director of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia.

Mary Lynn Tate is the principal of The Tate Law Firm and practices civil litigation from offices located in Abingdon, Virginia, in the areas of plaintiff’s medical negligence, products liability, personal injury, and business disputes. She also handles labor, employment, and commercial litigation.
