  • Learn the most common legal malpractice claims
  • Understand the ethical issues associated with a firm’s legal malpractice risks
  • Examine the current cyber, management, and employment risks that exist
  • Explore options on how to avoid and reduce your risk
  • Discover ways to make your firm eligible for favorable Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance pricing and coverage

This program is intended to give law firms an overview of the most common legal malpractice claims (and related risks, such as cyber, management, and employment-related claims), and how to avoid them. We will provide firms a framework to identify and proactively address risks and opportunities across their entire firm.
