Tyler P. Brown, Hunton & Williams LLP /Richmond (Expand/Collapse Bio)

Tyler P. Brown is a partner with Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, and is Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.

Mr. Brown received his J.D. in 1987 from Washington & Lee School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington & Lee Law Review.  Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Richard H. Poff, Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, before joining Hunton & Williams in 1988.

Mr. Brown is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and the Virginia Law Foundation, previously served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Bankruptcy Section of the Virginia State Bar, is a past President of the Bar Association of the City of Richmond, and currently serves as President of the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation.

Stanley J. Samorajczyk, McNamee Hosea /Annapolis, MD (Expand/Collapse Bio)

Stan Samorajczyk received his B.A. in 1964 from Georgetown University and his J.D. from the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America in 1967.  He is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars.

Mr. Samorajczyk has lectured nationally and internationally on business bankruptcy, restructuring and reorganization. He is a Fellow and former member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Bankruptcy, and a co-founder of the Mid-Atlantic Institute on Bankruptcy and Reorganization. He is a former member of the Bankruptcy Task Force of the D.C. Circuit Judicial Conference Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services, the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Public Education Project of the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs and served as Chair of Akin Gump's D.C. Office Pro Bono Committee. He is a 2011 Vincent E. Reed Award recipient for his outstanding and dedicated work with the Washington Lawyers’ Committee’s DC Public School Partnership Program.  He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for more than 20 years, in Chambers, USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business since 2004, in Who's Who Legal USA - Insolvency and Restructuring 2006-2009, in the 2007 edition of the International Who's Who of Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers, in Corporate Counsel's Top Lawyers – 2008, and in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition for 2011.
