Listen as former Supreme Court of Virginia Justice Jane Marum Roush and John McCammon, Founder and President of The McCammon Group, share their thoughts on when mediation might be in a client’s best interest, and how you can best talk with your client about mediation. Hon. Jane Marum Roush (Ret.), The McCammon Group / Richmond
The Honorable Jane Marum Roush (Ret.) is a Civil Dispute and Family Law Neutral with The McCammon Group where she specializes in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, accounting, business dissolution, condemnation, contracts, corporate disputes, defamation, domestic relations, employment, professional liability, real estate, and trusts and estates. Prior to joining The McCammon Group, Justice Roush served on the Virginia Supreme Court from 2015-2016, and previously as Judge, Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit of Virginia (Fairfax County and City of Fairfax), from 1993-2015. Before her judicial career, she was an accomplished civil litigator in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
