Dr. James Hutchings, Virginia Department of Forensic Sciences / Richmond
Dr. Hutchings has a B.S and Ph.D. in chemistry from the State University of New York College at Brockport and Arizona State University, respectively. Upon graduation, Dr. Hutchings started his career with the Virginia Department of Forensic Science in the Richmond Laboratory as a Forensic Toxicologist. During his five year career as a Forensic Toxicologist, he has testified over 150 times as an expert witness throughout the Commonwealth. In January 2016, he started as the Toxicology Program Manager where he oversees the Quality System in regards to Forensic Toxicology and Breath Alcohol. He has also routinely provided trainings regarding the effects of drugs and alcohol on human performance and behavior.

Jon Huddleston is a principal with Sevila, Saunders, Huddleston & White, P.C. where he has practiced since his admission to the Bar in 1986. He served as the 71st President of Virginia State Bar in 2009-10. Mr. Huddleston's practice area includes all facets of Family Law as well as defense of driving under the influence and serious traffic offenses. He has been a frequent lecturer for Virginia Continuing Legal Education on defense of traffic offenses and is a co-author of the Virginia CLE publication Defense of Serious Traffic Cases in Virginia.
