Timothy C. Carwile, Allen & Carwile / Waynesboro
Timothy C. Carwile, lives and practices law Waynesboro as a principal in the firm of Allen & Carwile, PC. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia and J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond. He holds an AV-Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review RatingTM. He is a former member of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Virginia State Bar appointed by the Virginia Supreme Court and former president of the Augusta County-Staunton-Waynesboro Bar Association. He currently serves as Commissioner for the Augusta County Circuit Court and Chair of the Eighth District Ethics Committee of the Virginia State Bar and is a Substitute Judge for the 25th Judicial Circuit’s General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts. Mr. Carwile has regularly presented lectures to attorneys, law enforcement organizations and others on criminal defense, including, for Virginia CLE, on defense of DUI and other serious traffic cases.

Jon Huddleston is a principal with Sevila, Saunders, Huddleston & White, P.C. where he has practiced since his admission to the Bar in 1986. He served as the 71st President of Virginia State Bar in 2009-10. Mr. Huddleston's practice area includes all facets of Family Law as well as defense of driving under the influence and serious traffic offenses. He has been a frequent lecturer for Virginia Continuing Legal Education on defense of traffic offenses and is a co-author of the Virginia CLE publication Defense of Serious Traffic Cases in Virginia.
