Pete Kageleiry is a military criminal defense attorney and principal and founder of The Court-Martial Defense Firm. Prior to entering civilian practice, he spent 20 years on active duty in the Army, with 16 years as a military lawyer where he successfully defended and prosecuted hundreds of cases covering all aspects of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Mr. Kageleiry is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the service Courts of Criminal Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
