Information

A pre-recorded streaming VIDEO replay of the November 2015 live seminar, Estate Planning Bootcamp.

This program is intended for lawyers with minimal background in this subject, as well as for experienced lawyers looking for a systematic review.

Our faculty will set forth the basic law, presenting the working concepts and planning suggestions as well as a brief introduction to more advanced tax concepts that trigger sophisticated estate planning.

If you are new to this area, this program will guide you from the initial contact with your clients to the moment they sign their documents and you close the file. Two experienced attorneys will teach you the practices they use to establish a client relationship built on trust.

A number of relatively unique ethical quandaries one faces in this subject area will be explored. For instance, who is your client when a child calls for you to do work for the parent?
