Charles V. Hardenbergh, The Law Offices of Charles V. Hardenbergh, PC / Lexington and Petersburg Van Hardenbergh is a 1993 Distinguished Graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (VMI), and a 1996 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. After seven years as a Judge Advocate (military attorney) in the U.S. Army, he served three years at VMI as a professor of law and accounting in the Economics and Business Department. Mr. Hardenbergh’s practice is focused on criminal traffic defense. His experience with advertising and marketing ethics led him to author the book The Secret Truth About Direct Mail for Virginia Lawyers, and establish the Commonwealth Attorney Marketing Service (CAMS), LLC.
