Thomas Nolan, Virginia Wills, Trusts & Estates PLC / Charlottesville

Thomas Nolan is the founder and sole member of Virginia Wills, Trusts & Estates PLC, located in Charlottesville, Virginia. He and his experienced staff provide legal services and advice related to estate planning, the settling of estates, and infant and adult adoptions. He has practiced law in Charlottesville since 1987 and founded this law firm on January 1, 2004.

Mr. Nolan received his B.A. (1978) from the University of Virginia and his J.D. (1982) from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. Mr. Nolan was not born in Virginia but got here as quick as he could. He lives in Albemarle County with his wife Jane and two great kids. He hopes he lives long enough to see a Superman movie worth watching.
