    Domestic Relations — Preparation of Pleadings for Unrepresented Party.

    It is improper for an attorney to prepare a pleading, such as a final decree or consent order, for an unrepresented spouse in a divorce matter even when the pleading may benefit both parties. [LE Op. 669; see also LE Op. 535, LE Op. 644, LE Op. 669 and LE Op. 876]
