Attorney's Fees - Contingent Fees in Industrial Commission Cases.

It is not improper for an attorney to charge a contingent fee in a

workman's compensation matter assuming that the total fee is approved by

the Industrial Commission. [ DR:2-105(C), § 65.1-102, Virginia Code,
