    It is improper for a professional law corporation to use the name “_____ Closing Company P.C.” since it is misleading and deceptive. The name does not indicate that it is a legal corporation; it implies that the entity exists for an entirely different purpose. The name “_____ Closing Company, a Professional Law Corporation” is proper. [Rules of Court, Part Six, Section IV: 614(c)(iv), DR:2-101(A)]
