Representing a Client Zealously/Duty to Disclose.

Where neither an attorney nor his client misrepresented any facts to the

court in an administrative hearing, and the court did not recite any

erroneous facts in its opinion or to the attorney or his client, the

attorney has no duty to volunteer to the court that its opinion may be

based on a factual error.
