LEO: Attorney as Potential Witness - Declining  LE Op. 251

Attorney as Potential Witness - Declining Employment.

September 18, 1974

of the mental competence of a conveyor during a proceeding to set aside a

conveyance, to thereafter undertake to represent the conveyor and the

conveyor's guardian in further proceedings on remand even though said

conveyor was not a party to the initial proceedings. [See II: DR:5-101(B)
