Anti-Competition Covenant Between Firm Members.

It is improper for an attorney to enter into an employment agreement with

a law firm under which said attorney would be precluded from practicing in

the same geographical area as the firm for a specified time after such

attorney terminates his employment with the firm. [See II: DR:2-106(A).]
