Troubleshooting Instructions

Reciprocity Course purchasers and others without a Virginia bar number: Please check the Bar Number field in the Customer Information section on your account page to identify what to enter in the Bar Number field above. It will typically be your phone number.

If you encounter difficulty generating your certificate, please do not view the program again. Please email us at distance_ed@vacle.org with the following information. We will contact you and assist you in getting your certificate(s).

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your Virginia State Bar Number (if you have one)
• The title of the seminar(s)
• The embedded codes

Pop-Up Blockers

If you click the Generate Certificate button and nothing happens, please check the top and bottom of your screen for pop-up blocker warnings. Sometimes you can allow www.vacle.org pop-ups right from the warning by clicking on the Options button:

Otherwise, you may need to disable the pop-up blocker manually. Below are some links with specific instructions for different browsers:
