Why Attend?

In two short hours, experienced trial lawyers will give you:

  • News you can use—the latest changes in civil litigation practice and procedure
  • Expert advice on working smarter and dodging traps for the unwary
  • Handy written materials covering significant state and federal case reports and statutory developments in the last year

Let our experienced trial lawyers do the work of keeping up with changes to the law and important decisions that affect your civil litigation practice for you. They will digest the past year’s amendments to the Virginia Code, key decisions from the Virginia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Virginia, changes in Virginia and federal procedural and evidentiary laws, and federal court decisions that affect you and your Virginia practice. They will also tell you what the changes mean and how you can profit.

While not every case they discuss will be of interest to you, it is nearly certain that several will be “difference makers” in your practice, and amply repay your investment of two hours.

Registration Deadline:
Telephone: Online registration ends at 11:59 p.m. the day preceding the seminar
Call (800) 979-8253 to register up to one hour prior to the seminar

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/transfer requests will be honored until 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the seminar. You will, however, be charged $40 if you cancel or transfer your registration to a different seminar after the link to the materials has been e-mailed by Virginia CLE.

Full refunds or transfers are available up to two days after a webcast in the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties.

MCLE Credit Caveat: The MCLE Board measures credits by the time you spend in attendance. If you enter a seminar late or leave it early, or both, you must reflect those adjustments accurately in the credits you report on your credit reporting form. A code will be given at the end of the seminar, which must be written on your MCLE form.
