Turner A. Broughton,
Williams Mullen / Richmond

Education: B.A., College of William and Mary; J.D., University of Richmond School of Law.

Turner Broughton is a partner in the Litigation Section at Williams Mullen. His practice focuses on consumer class action and products liability litigation with a particular emphasis on mass torts, business torts, and nursing home litigation, as well as general commercial litigation. Mr. Broughton is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. He serves on the executive committee, on the executive council, and as secretary/treasurer of The Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. 

George P. Sibley III, Hunton & Williams / Richmond

Trey Sibley is a partner on the Litigation and Intellectual Property Team and focuses his practice on complex environmental litigation at Hunton & Williams. Prior to joining the firm, he was law clerk to the Honorable Karen J. Williams of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit from 2003-2004.  He also clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Payne of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, from 2002-2003.  Before attending law school, Trey served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
