Nationally Recognized Speaker and Civil Litigation Attorney Todd Winegar


Todd S. Winegar is a dynamic speaker and attorney who has taught CLE programs in most major cities in the U.S. and Canada.  He has been involved in some of the largest cases in his home state, including a record-setting plaintiff’s verdict.  His practice emphasizes civil trial litigation, including a Minuteman missile accident case, professional malpractice, and product liability actions involving para- and quadriplegia.  Mr. Winegar draws examples from these experiences to present a thought-provoking, yet practical, seminar.
